These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevSignal website and related services provided by Revelation Services PR, LLC ("RevSignal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be able to form a binding contract to use RevSignal. If you use RevSignal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Services

RevSignal provides GTM strategic intelligence, including analysis of how markets are described, alternatives are compared, and competitive preference is shaped. Information on the website is general and may not describe every feature, deliverable, limitation, or term of a client engagement.

Client Engagements

Specific engagement terms, including scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timing, responsibilities, and permitted use, are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or order accepted by RevSignal and the client. If these Terms conflict with an applicable client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RevSignal for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or overburden the website or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or restricted area.
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt to test or circumvent security without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract website content or data without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or the source or purpose of a request.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or use the website or services to build a competing product or service, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Infringe or violate the rights of RevSignal or any third party.

Telephone and Text Communications

If you voluntarily provide a telephone number, you authorize us to contact you for the purpose disclosed when you provide it, subject to applicable law. Marketing text messages require any consent required by law, and consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting a briefing.

If you separately enroll in a text-message program, the applicable sign-up disclosures will describe the program, expected message frequency, possible message and data rates, and instructions for help and opt-out, including replying HELP or STOP. Publishing or accepting these Terms does not itself enroll you in a text-message program.

Intellectual Property

The website and services—including their text, graphics, logos, designs, methodology descriptions, report formats, software, scoring frameworks, and analytical systems—are owned by Revelation Services PR, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit them.

Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement. RevSignal retains all rights in its pre-existing materials, methods, frameworks, know-how, systems, and general improvements unless a client agreement expressly states otherwise.

Confidentiality

We treat identifiable client materials, reports, and findings as confidential in accordance with applicable client agreements. We do not publish identifiable client results or use them for marketing without authorization, except as required by law.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

RevSignal may rely on or link to third-party websites, platforms, data, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, content, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Disclaimers

RevSignal provides strategic intelligence and recommendations based in part on analysis of AI platform outputs. AI platform behavior and other external conditions change frequently and are outside our control. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time. We do not guarantee any particular business, visibility, competitive, or revenue outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and for evaluating recommendations before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelation Services PR, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the website, services, or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the public website or these Terms will not exceed US$100. Liability relating to a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable client agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revelation Services PR, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or threatened the security or integrity of RevSignal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

General

These Terms and any applicable client agreement constitute the entire agreement for their respective subject matter. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only.
