Services

RevSignal provides managed AI visibility intelligence for B2B companies, including analysis of how AI platforms represent and recommend vendors in specific business categories. Services are delivered on an engagement basis as agreed between RevSignal and the client.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the RevSignal website lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.

Client Engagements

Specific engagement terms, including scope, deliverables, pricing, and duration, are governed by separate agreements between RevSignal and each client. These Terms apply to general website use and initial interactions. In the event of a conflict, the client engagement agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the RevSignal website, including text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and report formats, is the property of Elite Tech Systems, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Client reports and analyses are prepared exclusively for the commissioning client and remain confidential. RevSignal retains ownership of its methodologies, scoring frameworks, and analytical systems.

Confidentiality

All client analysis data, reports, and findings are treated as confidential. We do not share client data with other clients, publish client results publicly, or use identifiable client data for marketing purposes without explicit written consent.

Disclaimers

RevSignal provides strategic intelligence and recommendations based on analysis of AI platform outputs. AI platform behavior changes frequently and is outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, visibility improvements, or revenue results. Recommendations are advisory in nature.

The RevSignal website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Tech Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of RevSignal or its services, regardless of the theory of liability.
